Our machine will be guaranteed by us against poor materials, poor performance & poor workmanship for one year from the date of commissioning. During this guarantee period, we will provide buyer with free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality upon receipt of advice. In case of quality discrepancy, claims should be filed by buyer within 3 months after installation; while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the buyer within 20 days after installation. It’s understood that the seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the insurance company, Shipping company, other transportation organization or post office are liable.
