Working Principle of Bottom Filling Degassing Jumbo Bag Scale

Different from traditional top-feeding ton bag machines, MJ bottom filling degassing jumbo bag scale adopts the integrated design of lifting bottom filling + dual-stage vacuum degassing + closed-loop weighing control, with a fully automatic cyclic workflow as follows:

1. Bag hanging & sealed clamping: Workers hang anti-static jumbo bags on the hanging mechanism, the airbag clamping device fully seals the bag mouth to form a closed filling cavity; the equipment automatically inflates the empty bag to eliminate internal folds.

2. Lifting bottom filling with low drop: The filling nozzle extends deep into the bottom of the ton bag, and the weighing platform slowly descends synchronously with material filling. The material drop height is controlled below 10cm, avoiding violent splashing of ultra-fine powder caused by high-altitude blanking.

3. Synchronous dual-stage degassing core process: Servo vertical screw conveys materials with gradual shrinking screw pitch for mechanical pre-compression to discharge 60% of free air; meanwhile, the built-in nano-microporous negative pressure degassing tube works continuously under -0.095MPa vacuum, extracting adsorbed air in powder gaps, and the filter interlayer intercepts fine powder to avoid material loss. After filling, the bottom vibrating platform performs secondary vibration degassing to remove residual tiny air bubbles.

4. Three-stage precise weighing: High-precision weighing sensors transmit weight data to PLC in real time, adopting rough feeding → medium feeding → micro fine feeding three-speed feeding control, dynamically adjusting screw speed via PID closed-loop algorithm to guarantee stable weighing accuracy.

5. Automatic discharging & post-process conveying: After reaching the set weight, the feeding valve cuts off materials instantly; the clamping device releases the bag automatically, and the roller conveyor sends the finished jumbo bag to the heat sealing and robotic palletizing station to complete the full packaging line.

6. Self-cleaning circulation system: The filter screen adopts automatic back-blowing ash removal to prevent blockage of the degassing pipeline, ensuring stable long-term degassing efficiency.

3. High weighing accuracy, reduce raw material loss

Equipped with imported high-sensitivity digital weighing modules, the weighing error of 500–2000kg jumbo bags is controlled within ±0.2%. For high-value lithium battery raw materials priced at tens of thousands of dollars per ton, stable precision avoids long-term cumulative material loss, creating visible economic benefits for enterprises.
